Power Up Generator Solutions Inc. (“Power Up,” “we,” “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit generator dealer, tax ID 33-1354240. This policy explains what information we collect through powerupgen.com, our phone and text lines, and our online ads, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
When you request a quote, fill out a form, call, text, or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, city, ZIP code, the type of equipment or service you’re interested in, your preferred language, and any details you include in your message.
Like most websites, our site and service providers automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
We use the Google tag (gtag.js) for Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to visits, calls, form submissions, and other actions. This tag may set cookies or use similar technologies. Our site also loads fonts and images from third-party services, which receive your IP address when your browser requests those files.

If you text our line or agree to receive texts, we use your mobile number to reply to you and follow up about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can manage personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com. You can opt out of follow-up texts by replying STOP, and out of emails by asking us. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to call, text, or request a quote.
Our site links to other websites, including manufacturers, financing providers, Amazon (for our book), and social media. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
We keep information as long as needed to respond to your request, support your equipment and warranty, run our programs, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Then we delete it or keep it only in a form that does not identify you.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@powerupgen.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor them as required.
